I’m so sorry I didn’t get to this comment sooner. I was out of town. Fort day is when kids bring blankets, flashlights books, and stuffed animals. They build blanket forts and read in the forts. I just make sure that they have an opening to the fort that opens towards the middle of the room that way I can still see in all of the forts while they’re reading.
