Thanks for your video! I was looking for a good planner and I wanted a Plum Planner so bad but wowzer it's way too expensive. So I looked at so many and thanks to your video I ordered this. I received it today and it's perfect!!! It doesn't have all the fluff and that's what I love!!!

A Simple Plan which is the planner I use from our Christian education store has just come out with an undated planner! And this one does have the days of the week across the top that you were looking for. You might want to check it out online for next homeschool year. Their old planner began the homeschool year in August, I believe. We started back homeschooling this month and this planner being undated worked out great for us! I always enjoy watching your videos, thank you for sharing!

My oldest is in kindergarten and I have an almost 3yo who will be doing some mild preschool so we are having a light year, I didn’t want to invest in anything too expensive yet because it will be such a gentle year, but I found an amazing free online planner by “inspire the mom” and printed it out and will be hole punching and spiralizing it. I was so excited to find such a cute, functional and free resource!

That’s great! I had full intentions of pulling together free resources, but when I inquired about the cost of getting it spiral bound, it wasn’t that much more to just buy this one at Big Lots, so I went with it, haha.

I found this planner too, 2 years ago, for my second year of homeschooling. I loved it. But I ended up with a different one for this last school year. This coming year (22/23) I will be going back to this one for sure.

I absolutely love this planner more than I do anything else I've seen. Good find. I do school on weekends sometimes though.

Keeping the weekly schedule separate from the calendar gives you so much flexibility. (no more erasing / moving around needed:) You might consider reversing the days of week/subjects to be vertical (Insert little stickers over the names; again, keeping it simple & neat). I may do that as well, as I'm going to order this. Thank you for sharing this! I didn't like all the ones I have seen over the past couple of years, too much to do, so I created spreadsheets in a binder. HOWEVER, I would LOVE to have one in a spiral bound that keeps it in one book that I can carry around easily and use sitting in a comfy chair or at a table. Having a pretty cover is always nice too!

My daughter is four and begging to go to school this year though I’ve been homeschooling her since she was two 😭 she can already read and loves school at home but wants friends- the pandemic has been so hard for the kiddos! I am using a new to me planner this year. It was reviewed on The Waldock Way two years ago on her planner palooza week. 😂 Its a Blue Sky Teacher Lesson Planner. I got it on Prime Day for $11! What a steal! For a planner. Its a brand that I’ve seen at Office supply stores. Its fairly plain, but opposite of your favorite layout, it has each month layout w/a tab right before the weekly ones. 😊

I wanted a Anna Vance planner. But this year I overspent on books. So I choose one from Amazon. It just has a monthly calendar, weekly, fieldtrips and a to-do list. I don't use meal planners and most of what I found included pages I wouldnt use. Your planner is beautiful. My big lots didn't have alot of school supplies. I did find colored card stock and some office supplies..

I first wanted a very simplistic plan, not even a planner. But then I also wanted a Mom-Teacher binder that was pretty and had prayer pages that I was enticed to pick up and want to use. I ended up ordering a Plum Paper Planner (the absolute opposite of simplistic! lol). They have a lot of customizable cover options and a lot of customizable add-on options/ sections, so I chose a homeschooling section, budget, prayer, meal planning, checklists, and page protectors. I hope to fully utilize all of it, but we’ll see how it goes. lol For the student pages, you can track your progress with your curriculum by listing the subject and numbering all of the lessons, then crossing out/ marking off the lessons as you go. I saw that idea in a video.

I couldn’t find a planner I liked either and decided to just print out templates from Etsy, it was a planner homeschool package for only $4. I printed the pages I needed and put it in my Homeschool Binder. It’s great because that binder already has my planned unit studies and stuff in there so I think it’ll work. 🤞

Thank you so much! 🥰 I think you can by color-coding, like giving each child a certain color pen or highlighting each child in a different color highlighter. You could also assign the class period boxes to each child rather than subjects. Hope that helps!

I’ve always used the Well PlannedGal planner. It’s overkill for me though, many pages I don’t even touch. She also removed the Bible verses that I adored, so that was a bummer. It’s pricey, so I’m looking to save money at this point, especially since we independently homeschool. Thank you for this video!

One for my daily task ( I am also a Va / and small business owner ) , one for a summary of family events / one for budget ( yes I use a planner for a budget - paper gal for numbers ) / one for homeschool( I keep this in my girls records so I can show if I ever need to show it )

Hey girl I'm using this planner for the first time this year and I do not understand how to use the student tracker. Have you been using it? I would like to use it to keep track of attendance but im sure exactly what to write on each line. I only have 2 students. Im not sure if i write the months at the top or what exactly. I have a question... maybe its already been asked... but do you have a personal planner, as well as a homeschool planner? I'm also pandemic homeschooler... that is continuing on because our son really enjoyed homeschooling... but I still feel like I'm trying to get myself together. Last year was more survival... but this year, I really want to thrive. Previously I thought I could keep both school and personal stuff in one calendar... but when I tried to do that, it didn't really work... it was too much. So I would love to know what you do in regards to a personal calendar vs homeschool teacher calendar. Thanks so much! I really enjoy your videos!

Thank you! I had it all in one last year, but honestly I’m not great about managing personal stuff in a planner. I’ll probably just use the monthly calendar pages to add in anything important, like appointments, since our homeschool schedule would have to be adapted around things like that anyway. I do have a simple planner from the Dollar Tree that I bought for my husband and I to use to be on the same page with events going on, but it’s pretty simple and won’t be used extensively beyond that. It’s small enough to put in a small purse though, so it’s good to have on hand to add things I so t want to forget about.
