He is a bisexual male alien. His voice is based on Paul Linde. Very well known as Uncle Arthur from Bewitched, and as the center square on the game show Hollywood Squares. He was a very interesting character actor who was a combination of flamboyantly gay while still in the closet. What you saw was all of Roger's raunchy humor thrown at you at once, so you might get overwhelmed by it. But watching the show it would be a little more spread out. That is one of the problems with watching clips instead of the show. The jokes are not exactly in context, and the same types of jokes are thrown together when it took many episodes and years to create these clips.

The great thing of having an alien, well you can do whatever you want, so the bizarre behavior, gender confusion or overall character development are very intriguing if you kept an open mind. The reaction is genuine but it’s more subjective and not thinking the whole picture. Both American Dad and Family Guy are still in production and are continuing until who knows when. It’s comedic but twisted and the wonderful thing is in real life you wouldn’t encounter any character like them (or could you?). I don’t think ‘crazy stuffs’ are for her though.
