I will definitely be creating a teacher's toolbox once I have my classroom and perhaps spray paint it teal or mint! I loved the compartment labeled "emergency chocolate". Good idea! 😅

I love this turtorial and that was really nice of you to do this for your friend! I started to make mine and I sprayed painted it, when I put the drawers in, the paint scraped off. It could be the way the drawers were designed and have a drawer stopper. I don’t have the same tool box as you, it’s similar though. Do you have any suggestions on what I can do? Thank you so much! :)

Hi! Thank you so much!:) I sprayed two coats of spray paint, and after they dried, sprayed a sealer over it. I got the spray sealer at home depot! Hope that helps. :)

Wait, did you tape on the inside? And if so did you use regular tape or double sided? 👩🏻‍🏫👩🏻‍🏫 I loved your tutorial 😭 I can’t wait to make my own

My tropical tool box I used double sided tape and taped on the inside. But for these I used regular tape and taped them on the front! :D Thank you Erica!!

Are the drawers long enough for markers and pens?

I was able to fit highlighters, Mr. Sketch markers, and sharpies! For pencils and pens, I usually put them in a cute cup and place it on top of the tool box!😊

Hmm... what kind of pens do you use? The largest writing tools that would fit in my tool box are sharpies, mr. sketch markers, and expo markers. For pencils and pens, I have a little pen holder I place on top! :)

I love this, but am SO upset that the "old" version of the tool box with 2 more "large" drawers isn't available anymore. I don't know why!!! Grrr.

I know, right?! I think they just changed it because I made my coral one the previous summer. Hopefully they bring it back!! :D
