in my 330 hours of gameplay,ive only seen 8 girls,3 of which were egirls and kept being called "MOMMY MOMMY SORRY I MEAN MOMMY" every vc server,2 of them being sisters and working like an ultrakill dual bossfight gimmick,the rest were either normal or absolutely stupid and did nothing but play a fife.

depends on their play style or what comfortable classes they like. Most of the girls (not all of them) play medic to support their teammates, but some of them play different types of classes like priest, officer, line infantry, seaman, etc., or choose the classes that their teammates are lacking. (Just telling ya about them as a girl who played a seaman or priest, haha.)
