How will cost to start with all the equipamiento need like compuesto, mail boxes, boxes, etc. What will be the minimun square footage to start this business, 800 -1000 sq?

Hard to give a number because it depends on a lot like location, employees, size etc. I started in 400 sq ft almost 10 years ago with about $30K but it was only me as an employee and I was living in the back of the store because I couldn’t afford an apartment

Do you charge extra for handling boxes that are extremely heavy or extremely large? Is it on your original agreement with the customer?

We do! And yes, it’s in the agreement and in the welcome email sent to all customers when they sign up. Also on our website in the FAQ section

That’s the plan! The goal is to charge for the shredding in the future but just wanted to offer it for free for now until we iron the kinks out.
