I can see Kevin really appreciates how hard you work and in turn actually learned to knit himself. Such a bonding experience and brings your love for each other closer. I can that love for each other in the eyes! So amazing to see that in a video! ❤❤❤

Thank you so much! I may have influenced him a little bit :) I did end up picking up his scarf and finishing it for him but I'm proud he managed to get through so much of it himself as his first project :)

Aw that was such a cozy chat thanks for allowing me to knit in your company. I'm the absolute complete opposite of a monogamous knitter so I find it really relaxing to see other people working on the same piece for longer.

Aww thank you :) He really wanted to knit cables so the scarf was a bit of a compromise - he's doing so well on them though! I'm super proud

Thank you so much! Kevin and I are sitting down for another knit and chat this weekend (I’m finishing up a skirt and he’s still working hard on the scarf). I am finished with this sweater now - and the pattern will be out this month ☺️

And what does Strikkechick mean? Is it a Norwegian word?

“Strikke” means knit in Norwegian, and chick is a colloquial word for girl that my friends and I used a lot growing up in the States, so it’s my fun melding of two languages that I think is representative of myself as an immigrant to Norway ☺️
