Hi sis , lol that great 😊 . Yes you do need all the spices , these are basic’s spices apart from Shan spice which is also very good for tastier Biryani. Am not sure now but I think u are talking about saffron ? It gives a good colour and adds that eastern flavour to the food but it’s optional …..😍🙏🏿
