In this video, Gyalwa Dokhampa talks about how do we use our breath to bring our mind to the present, without grasping thoughts from the past and the future that disturb our mind.
What is the motivation with which we should start our practice after we bring our mind to the present? Why is it difficult to love and care for others selflessly, and even if we do, why there are always certain terms and conditions? The likeness of emotional intelligence to the Bodhisattva mind and the importance to appreciate and look at the positive things in our life on the dharma path.
