1.Quick question. When doing practicals do you get mentors that teach that particular subject that you aspire to teach or they just give you a random teacher. 2. Could you perhaps do a video where you explain the process of getting a school where you can do practicals. Like who do you talk to, how do you talk to them etc

Hi Thapelo 1. They must allocate you a teacher that is teaching the same subjects you are majoring in. 2. Alright I’ll do a video.

Hi Thapelo I realised that the process of getting a school for practicals isn’t hectic, so I optioned to reply back instead of doing a video. All you have to do is to Submit a letter for practicals from the institution that you are studying in.

None. Remember you are there to learn the practical side of teaching. They may ask you to prepare a lesson at some point and teach the learners. They may also ask you to prepare an assessment for learners.

I did me Practicals in May and I was so nervous, however the teachers were welcoming the kids were so nice as well. I liked being called "ma'am"😅😅😅❤️🥺, I really enjoyed and they allowed me to teach for a week. That's when I realized there's more to teaching than being in a classroom. But I was always late😂😂😂😂. Love your content thank you so much, we need more tips 😘😘

Hii there... i came across your video so i got accepted for Snr phase and Fet however im struggling with taking everything in and how the process should go about ... i would first like to know... do i first go to a school i find and ask them if i can do practicals there( ill go with docs incase they agree) Then the docs that i need to go with.. is it just the letter that needs to be signed by the principal or will i need to have other documentation... also qhen im done with the principal apparently i need to consult a teaching office...so which do i do first ..the teaching placement online or the principle first

Hi 😃 Great question. Have you applied and got response?? Here are some tips. - Work on time management. ( Doing well at university depends on how responsibly you can manage your time) - Be open to accepting challenges (it’s not gonna be easy, start affirming yourself. Make up your mind that you gonna work hard and stick it out) - Check if you can get people who are studying or studied the same course you applied for (maybe same majors)

Yes dear, It’s absolutely possible. This is the perfect time to apply for next year. You can do it with NWU, UFS, UNISA or UP.
