Did my first comp two weeks ago, shot a shitty single leg and got guillotined in 30 seconds. Neck was sore for 3 days. Learned this lesson the hard way

One of my biggest sins. Grew up playing rugby which was all about tucking the shoulder and charging so my head is down all the time especially when I'm tired. Thanks coach!

I play rugby too, and we were always instructed to tackle with out head up, because the exact same concept of strength applies to tackles as well as the takedowns shown in this vid, which I find super cool.

Coach could you do a clip on how to do the double leg, how to trouble shoot it and how to get to side control to maintain the position once you get the take down?

I did keep head up all times. Every day and I love it ur moves I mines too I did that before tho but very easy
