I actually have a cake of the YunnanSourcing one! Really nice and balanced tea, with some nice smoky notes, but balanced well with some fruity sweetness.

I have a cake of this tea from YS too! I decided to store it with a 69% Boveda bag for a few more years.

I would imagine I would actually gravitate towards the Yunnan stored tea, based on my experience with Yee on and other vendors, who sells "HK-storage" or "traditional storage", I find that my preference often is more towards Kunming and Yunnan storage in general. I don't mind the dank teas that you can get from Hong Kong, and I actually do like them. However, for me, brighter notes is what I typically enjoy a lot more on a daily drinker-type tea. Really interesting comparison though. I would love to have the chance to get the same production from 2-3 different storages to test this myself.

@@TeaDB You might be open in your love for the danker teas, but somehow you always seems to be able to give a very fair assessment of any teas you have on the show, despite it not being your type of flavour profile (maybe except for Sheng Lao Man'E) :D
