Great video and a really nice area to run RC cars. I went for 2s in my SC10 and it’s still a lot of fun. Getting the Rival soon so looking forward to that.

Gotta say thats a beautiful backyard eith quite the view! I was thinking of upgrading from my maverick strada sc brushless do you think its worth the upgrade? Does it handle well at high speeds? Any problems with it through the 4 months of ownership? Dropped a like, looking forward to a reply, not many good videos on this car, this one is deffo a good one!

I don't know much about the Maverick but I can fully recommend the SC10. At high speed the body can cause the car to lift but that's not unusual for a short course truck. Reliability wise it has been very good. I do prefer the MT10, both are solid rigs. A programmable ESC would be nice but apart from that. Having 3 sealed diffs is way better than mucking around with a slipper clutch. The shocks hold up really well as does the drivetrain. Yup I highly recommend this if you like short course rigs. If you are more of a Monster Truck person get the MT10. Hope that helps 😄

@@vukker7030 Never had any overheating issues and run on 3s most of the time. I did replace the servos in both my Team Associated rigs. Not much else. 👊

Nah just the track I have sheep to take care of the rest. I'm not a huge fan of SCT, I perfer the Rival MT10 to the SC10 but it's a great base platform from Team Associated.

40c battery has an EC5 connector so using an adapter. Since taking the video have tried a HPI Plazma 40c with a T plug connector and it seemed quicker. 🤜
