I was able to fit a 18 pinion gear, and had no problems it's fast...But the rc8x has so many features to control it...the gyro, and traction control helps with speed and steering great for kids.

That thing looks a lot quicker than my old Radix 4. The price isn't bad either. I just don't know if I'd like it better than my Asuga. That thing is so good.

Nice job driving. I struggle keeping my RC's in a straight line when I drive towards myself. I guess my lack of experience is the issue. The Syncro 4 sure is nice. Similar to a Typhon.

Awesome jumps Jason! You can definitely run a 17t. It does heat up. I have a few runs on a 17t. Unless you are in thicker grass you will be fine. I am still holding my judgement on this car. Currently I would just say get the 6s. The things they did to cut cost on this one are annoying me at the moment. On the other hand if you are a newbie you can't go wrong with this one 👍

I got to say I adore the syncro 4 , I’ve upgraded to the spark motor mount and love the adjustable gearing now . I don’t think it really needs it but nice to have the option . BTW I’ve been using the RC8X and very impressed with how responsive all my trucks feel now . Did your battery turn up buddy after we chatted ? Still waiting on mine . Pick up the motor mount from the Kronos/Kagama ect ect and make it adjustable.

I know a lot of people have been doing that. But I haven't had any issues with the fixed mount and running the 15t pinion.

Hi Jason brilliant video lots of power and speed is that a roller version and if it is what's your setup like electric setup and pinion running because I'm thinking of buying my this week or the next . At the moment I'm still got my team corally python which I'm running on stock motor and esc put a bigger pinion 25t. 😊😊😅

Mine with the rtr. Still running the stock electronics. Only change I made was swapping out the 13t pinion to a 15t. And it's been running great on the 15 tooth.
