Great watch and awesome editing! As much as I think Valve fumbled TF2's potential in the last 6 or so years, the game truly is a classic. The shorts, community and gameplay have a special place in my heart despite the fact I don't play regularly anymore. Here's to hoping TF2 gets a surprise sequel or major update!

Fun fact: Expiration date WAS meant for a full on TF2 show! It's the pilot pitched to adult swim, which is why they aired that one ad for the game. But since Valve spent LOTS of time on each individual animation, (explaining why the little animations on youtube were so polished), adult swim said they couldn't produce episodes in time for an actual show. That's why expiration date is on youtube now, because valve wanted at least some of the work they put in to garner attention.

Ahh TF2. Love that game. The characters are great and iconic to this day, looking at the old development of what TF2 could've been, and of course, the animation Valve would make. Shout out to gaming companies making animation videos for the fans like TF2, Clash-A-Rama, and Angry Birds Toons (I would count Overwatch since they have a couple of great animation videos I like but the game fell off :/). Heck, I would love to see a plants vs zombies animation short series since there was only one animator on youtube that was able to do it but they haven't uploaded since 2019 sadly.
