If yall have spy checking problems: if theres a spy on your team disguised try to kill him, when a enemy spy disguises as an friendly spy (most commom disguise) the spy will appear disguised,spy disguised as scout will walk slower and soldier and heavy are slower, so spies will most likely disguise as Medic,Sniper and Pyro, they will go for strongest classes (sniper heavy soldier pyro medic engies)so if you play as any one of these turn around every time you can and check the corners, also NEVER taunt a spy after killing him
