None of the characters really have names, they're just called by their occupation, like Sniper or Spy. I guess they do have actual names, but they aren't really used.

Axel Möller well, it was for the end of the line update, and Valve offered the tf2 voice actors assistance, however the animation team turned them down.

Live and Let Spy is a must-watch if you're looking for more SFMs! In case you didn't know, Expiration Date and Meet the Team were all made by Valve, while this and so many more are more like fan-films made with the same engine :)

Though the comics do give (the majority of) them official names: - Heavy: Mikhail (nicknamed "Misha" by his sisters) - Scout: Jeremy - Soldier: Jane Doe - Demoman: Tavish Degroot - Engineer: Dell Conagher - Sniper: Mr. Mundy (New Zealand birth name: Mun-Dee) - Medic: Ludwig - Spy's and Pyro's names remain unknown

What's most impressive is that this was made by fans using the Source Film Maker software. You ask anyone who uses it on the regular, and they'll tell ya that they'd have more fun trimming their necks and nether-regions bare with nothin' but a pair of tweezers.

I must recommend my favourite TF2 sfm of the month. "The Most Fashionable Faction". The music in this sfm makes me sad that no one plays Snowplow map, I actually love that map.
