My 1945 Fender ear was cracked off too. Had to weld it back on.

The grill will fit. Remember however the headlight buckets will have to be changed as well.

KOPFTJAEGER8541 this took about 4 hrs. Be sure to pre soak all the fasteners with a penetrating catalyst, such as PB Blaster or Kroil.
