We still might see something like that....in the trailer, there's a scene where Alicent (and Helaena I think) is running (away from their carriage I think), she look scared/upset. Perhaps Jaeherys' body fell then, idk. I think they'll use it in a future episode as a flashback or something. Just my guess but could be wrong...

One of the best reviews in terms of understanding the character of this series, especially Otto, I just want to point out that one of the thing that is overlook is that Otto and Daemon hate each other and a lot of the thing that Otto did was is to prevent Daemon from the throne, he believe that Daemon is a threat and will bring chaos to the realm. I do not believe that Otto is a power-hungry person, but he is a control freak.

IMO, Daemon told Rhaenys 'A Son For A Son" in the very beginning when he wanted her to ride out again with him to kill Ameond and Vhagar. Then Blood told Cheese "He said a Son For A Son" Blood didn't hear him say that to Rhaenys so he had to have repeated that to Blood. Whether Daemon did it while walking in with Blood alone to Cheese or once Cheese asked the question. But I think it was the response to Cheese's question because Blood said it to Cheese as if you heard what he said and not like I am telling you something you never heard before. Daemon is crazy guilty. The other way to know this is because he was completely silent sitting at that table in the war room. When has Daemon ever been quiet in that room at that table?

Great reaction ladies! This was a great episode, the acting and dialogue were amazing. One of the most evident things to me in this episode is how each of the families deals with their internal issues. We can clearly see the greens aren't as connected emotionally as we see Alicent walk away from Aegon when she finds him crying in his room instead of supporting him, and we Aemon at the brothel curled up on to the lady's arms getting the motherly support he is lacking from his mom. On the other hand, the Blacks feel a bit more connected as far as the motherly love and support goes. Obviously both sides are dealing with many issues that have come up due to the past events. It is very interesting that we get so many mixed feelings about who do we really support in the story, because both sides have good and bad things going on, and this just shows how good the writing is! Can't wait to see how this develops!!

I think Otto’s main interest is putting his immediate family into a position of power. I don’t think it’s ever said in the show, but in the books Otto is a second son, so his older brother became Lord Hightower and Otto got nothing, and since then Otto has been trying to gain power he didn’t get through birth, first becoming Hand to the King, then becoming the father of the Queen, and now being grandfather of the current King

It wasnt said in the show, it was shown. They have shown the lord of Oldtown and it isn't Otto but his brother. So we are expected to make the connection on our own. I do think Otto's first priority is his immediate family's position and power. But I will not deny that his second priority is a peaceful realm. He sees Rheanyra with Daemon and he believes they wont bring peace (with Daemon by Rheanyra's side, i don't doubt that). He thinks he can keep the peace if he remains as hand but Rheanyra wouldn't keep him as hand, hence he has to get rid of her and Daemon all together.

Hey Meesh and Dee "Happy Monday ".This is a great episode. Very intense and emotional Aemond upset declared war. As Alicent grieves over the loss of her grandson. As Otto want to use the death of Jaehaery as a political tool to gain sympathy so the people of Kings Landing will be in their favor. Casting blame on Rhaenyra. But Aegon had Blood, Cheese, and the other Ratcatchers killed, which resulted in deaths of many innocence that the Green could lose trust and faith in the residents of Kings Landing. I feel bad for Helaena that her son is being used as a political tool to spread propaganda that Rhaenyra is evil. Criston Cole got some nerve blaming Arryk for the death of Jaehaery where it was his fault for abandoning his duty to have sex with Alicent and leaving Helaena and kids unguarded and unprotected and sent Arryk on a mission which was pretty much a death sentence. Because of Daemon actions. Rhaenyra claim to the throne is diminish. I feel bad for both Arryk and Erryk, where both had to fight each other because of their duties on both serving the Nobles. I'm usually not a fan of Otto but can feel his frustration a little bit. I wasn't surprised Aegon removed Otto from being his hand. But to give the position to Criston Cole was shocking. But the look on Otto face was hilarious. I'm looking forward to Daeron. But anyway I hope you two have a wonderful day. Stay safe, take care and stay amazing.

I think the dragon Addam sees is Seasmoke. They said it resides on Driftmark rather than Dragonstone. It might also be Grey Ghost, (known to be solitary and prefer fish over any other meat,) the colourings are very similar. Arryk (with an A) sided with Aegon. That's the easiest way to remember who the Cargyll twins chose.

I liked the scene with the Twins, there were people who didn't like it because they didn't feel as much about the death of their brothers, but if people aren't sad about that scene, it's because we didn't have that much scene between the two of them because the public cares about the characters for reasons that not everyone They were so emotional in this scene, but that's why the writers are educated, that's why I say it's good, it shows all the characters and shows a lot on the screen because the audience cares about the characters, but for me, I really liked the scene. “We were born together, you separated us. But I still love you brother.” They were born together, were separated by choosing opposite sides in a war but died together. the fact that he can't live in the world knowing that he killed his own brother, that's why he kills himself 😭 “I swear to protect the queen with all my strength. And give my blood for hers.” Ser Erryk was faithful to his oath until his last breath, but living with the burden of taking his beloved brother's life was too high a price and impossible to pay. 💔 Criston Cole, in addition to blaming Arryk for the death of a child HE was supposed to be protecting, made Arryk fight his own brother to the death. the brother he described as "one soul in two bodies." Alicent is a very bad mother, Aemond, Aegon, even Helaena, they are like that, it's because of their mother who never looked at them and never gave them affection, that's why they are all like this, different from Rhaenyra's family, who are all united. is if they love each other. In the scene where Alicent sees Aegon crying he could pick him because he is her son but she often prefers to have sex with her lover than pick her son, this just shows who she really is. That's another thing, it's already good with so many scenes of Alicent's sex is Cristian Col, we, the public, already understand that you want to show that Alicent is a hypocrite and I think it's cool that they are showing why she, and even us books, is envious too, but it's already good with so many scenes like this together, they don't even They showed Corlys' scene with Rhaenys and apparently there won't be Dameon and Rhaenyra, more Alicent and Cristian Col, wow, they actually have a lot of scenes of them having sex, disgusting. justice for Team Black Not satisfied with everything she put Rhaenyra through, Alicent even took her room to fuck Cole... and Aemond took Daemon's. (Wow, how envious these green people are) Alicent only takes Rhaenyra's remains, have you noticed that 😂😂😂 Alicent is very jealous of Rhaenyra and Cristian Col will never get over a NO from Rhaenyra, they are very rotten, they hurt if they deserve it. Now I understand why the critics only talked about this fight (Daemon & Rhaenyra) the whole episode was warm after it was over... Otto's scene with Aegon was great and the twins scene too that's all that was cool about this episode 2. (I liked it of the episode, but I found it more or less, but I hope that episode 3 is better than the first and second)

Hugh (the blacksmith who petitioned the king in episode 1) is obviously a Targaryen bastard, look at his hair. Whose? We don’t know, but he must be important, and since they show him with a sick kid in this one, I’m gonna guess he will end up with the blacks. The brothers Alyn and Adam (in Driftmark) must be Corlys bastard sons, they seem older than Laena or Laenor, so maybe from before he married Rhaenys? Adam saw Seasmoke flying around Driftmark this episode. (But he shouldn’t be able to ride it right? As only Targaryens can, not Velaryons?) Great episode, hated the death of Arryck and Erryck. Broke my heart.

Laenor and Laena were Targaryen, on their mothers side, as their mother is Rhaenys Targaryen. Bayla is a Targaryen both from her father (Daemon) and her paternal grandmother, her actual name is Bayla Targaryen. The only way Alyn and Adam have Targaryen blood is if they were Laenors (and we know that is not posible as they are too old and as Laenor was very gay)

This is exactly how I understood the scene as well. He feels guilty so he's projecting. But no one really tries to understand his character, and his motives. While he is not a positive character and I understand the dislike for him, he definitely doesn't deserve all this blind hatred from the fandom, especially in the asoiaf universe where you have way worse people who are loved by the fandom.

Team Green and another very good episode but i think i prefer episode 1. Y do I feel more people r more upset with criston in this episode over daemon who literally had a child killed? It makes no sense. Ive been saying this for the longest daemon and Otto r two side of the same coin. They are upset with their kings and queens because neither listen to them, they both want to be in control, and when they not in control they both over step. The only difference between them is that they use different tools to attack their enemies. Daemon uses the blade and otto has his tongue. Anyone else notice the parallel with rhaenyra calling out daemon manipulation in this episode like how Alicent confront Otto with his manipulation in episode 9. Looking forward to ur guys next video reaction.

He even said it during the plan around the table they could’ve corned kings landing without the fortnight, a just hope before the seasons end they finally understand each other fully and she sees how he’s only devoted to her ascending the Thorne.. and maybe taking ottos head 😂 Honeslty think daemon would cut his legs aff to take ottos head himself lol

To be fair, the book was written by a Maester. the Maesters are stationed in OldTown, which is run by the Hightowers. So, he's likely going to paint the Green side in a more favourable light.

The books make it clear that everything that happens within them are based on rumors, court gossip, and other people's opinions/memories. In juxtaposition, the show is considered the truth, told with George RR Martin's blessing. So interestingly enough, the books are proof that the Green's propaganda (in the show) labeling Rhaneyra as cruel worked, because that propaganda made it into the history books as "fact."

I think the brother that killed himself was the "bad" one. You can follow along if you pay attention. When Rhaenyra runs from the bed to the corner, Arryk follows her and Erryk stops Arryk. Then Arryk wounds Erryk's leg. In the end Arryk grabs Erryk's legwound again and then finally kills him. It also makes more sense since Erryk didn't feel he was in the wrong, while Arryk feels like he betrayed what he stood for by becoming sneaky assassin and killing his own brother for standing in his way. At that point what honor, what purpose did he have left? What glory would he have won by slaying Rhaenyra?

Poor Viserys right now, he's probably crying right now because his idiot son is breaking his things. 5:32 Helaena, bewildered, holding Jaehaerys's toy and smelling the blanket she embroidered for him, the same one he used in the funeral procession.💔 That's how much Alicent was so worried about her daughter that the first thing she said to her was her own selfish interest and as if that wasn't enough,she even forced her daughter to participate in the funeral procession knowing it would traumatize her more. 8:13 I liked the funeral scene, it was well recorded,I liked that we saw Halaena's vision, when the carriage got stuck I thought that Jaehaerys' body was going to fall and his head was going to separate hahaha I was scared of that happening. 6:57 I thought it was so pointless the blood crying before larys started torturing 😂😂😂 he was a gold cloak and the most feared... and the guy betrayed the commander without even bleeding? he decapitated a child in cold blood but was afraid of larys? Seriously, just see the script 9:22 The way Jace looks exactly like Daemon at the council table was the best detail!!! I'm going to talk about what Harry Collet, who plays Jace, said about his character. "I think Jace has a spark of Rhaenyra in him, but I also think he has a spark of Daemon [...] He hasn't really had a predominant father figure in his life, so I think he looks up to Daemon a lot." 10:06 This Scene with Daemon made me laugh a lot, He is Genuinely the funniest Character in the House of the Dragon, As if this man was laughing, smiling all proud of what he did until he saw that Rhaenyra was angry and then he said "Listen to me, It was a mistake "😭😭😭 10:35 Rhaenyra saying that she never trusted him doesn't make sense to me because if she never trusted him, then why did she ask him to marry her and tell him that she needed him to protect her? He's the only one who can protect Rhaenyra And another inconsistency: being angry because the daemon was giving his own commands to guarantee the security of the castle after the usurpation because she was giving birth and incapable of making decisions, like she wanted him to wait? What if the hightowers attacked while she was giving birth?🤔 12:26 For a second she thought he had returned. Rhaenyra, Daemon isn't coming back so quickly, you called him a fool and I still tell him to his face that you don't trust him, what would you want, if my beloved called me pathetic after I gave him my world and showed my love with actions on duty, he was going to spend at least some time without seeing me. May my queen forgive me but I'm with the daemon in not giving a damn about the boy who died, nothing would have happened if the greens hadn't stolen Rhaenyra's throne, the greens killed Lucerys,did they think it would stay like that? Now a child on their side has died this is a consequence of what they did Remembering that the first attack was from the Green Team when Aemond killed Lucerys and there is even in the book who started the war in the book and saying that the green team started the war, not the black team. In the part where Daemon says that Viserys was the failure, brother. Yes,Viserys was weak as hell and his political impotence is the cause of the dance. He let Otto and Alicent run wild,he trusted those snakes and an entire Kingdom paid for it. You can tell just by looking at her posture when she goes to talk to Mysaria, Rhaenyra only freed Mysaria because she discovered that she was Daemon's ex, yes Mysaria's history of slavery/servitude/abuse would make her eventually free her. there, but not as quickly as it was. (Our Queen is so jealous🤭) and Mysaria giving a feminist speech and using Otto and Daemon as equal sides of the same coin? only saw the script 24:39 Otto shined in this episode. he used his great-grandson's death to gain popular support. he spat in his grandson's face that he wasn't chosen and that his father was right for that. and finally he told Alicent to keep her sins in order to tell the devil because he wasn't interested (and I'm not interested in knowing either) about Alicent's victimhood. Even though she's fighting with her husband, she doesn't take off her ring, I feel bad because of the thickness of it, you can see her bones shining 😂😂😂
