It is like real guns. Real guns have a recoil so they aren't dead accurate the more you hold down the gun. The shooting is very realistic and takes time to master.

+Alec Franklin Are you on crack? In real life the bullets go where your gun is pointing, they don't magically form some preset pattern that doesn't correspond to where your gun is pointing. I love CS, but the gun mehcanics could not be more unrealistic.

What is this in response to? I own actual firearms, a couple of each platform, and I understand this is an aging game, and it's not a weapon-sim, but the appeal of this game makes no sense to me. The same maps, with the same gameplay, just a different team name. They all do the exact same thing. Although I guess that's true of all things spectated by anyone.

I play Siege for those moments. Haha. I think I was commenting on some of the ridiculous shooting. I know it's a twitch shooter, but it's definitely not going for realism. The quick scoping, no scoping and pistol head shots are just insane to me.

+Endgame7 There are recoil patterns in real life. They aren't perfect or always consistent, but it's not random for the most part. And also, when u say that "the gun mechanics could not be more unrealistic" I challenge you to look at a game like call of duty, when your weapon effectively shoots lasers. Cs is probably one of the best simulations of weapons in a video game. (It can't be perfect because that would make for a shitty game)
