I was joking about the rating, but that's great stuff. I think it's funny that Madden gives a player with no kicking experience terrible kicking ratings. Fact of the matter is that those dudes are incredibly strong, and even with terrible technique, they could all probably kick a ball at least 30 yards. The accuracy would be absolute shit, so that rating is justified... but the idea that Landon Collins or JJ Watt couldn't kick a ball FAR ENOUGH to make a chip-shot field goal is absurd. Always has been.

WAIT!!! Dontari Poe (listed at Fullback for the Team DL), has a passing, rushing, and receiving touchdown in real life! Granted, all three were short range, I think 1 yard each, but he didn't get ANYTHING in this simulation that was seen. They're all here on KZbin, if you're looking for some entertainment to see "The Big Fella" who is now on the Falcons, but got it done for the Chiefs, make it happen on "The Wrong Side" of the ball from where we usually see him. While "The Bloated Tebow" jump pass (Andy Reid's name for it) at the goal line was late in the game (and the best of his offensive touchdowns, it's awesome, although all three make me veeeeery happy), the rush and receiving TD came early in the game, when it was competitive, if I'm not mistaken. I'd love to see how he stacks up stats wise to potentially see if "Fact is stranger than fiction," or if Madden realizes what an Offensive Weapon Dontari Poe is, since the D-Linemen survived. Real life Poe is a LEGEND! I think he has the record for heaviest player to do each offensive feat, just a Tarik Cohen is the lightest TD passer or something. Hope to see if Poe can be the short yardage answer to Antonio Brown, or if the Madden makers missed the fact that he has some offensive stats, little as they may be. Peace!

The OL's starting RB needs to be Jason Kelce. He played RB in high school and his freshman year of college before getting moved to FB and then to OL. He also ran a 4.8 in the combine. I did a franchise mode where he was moved back to RB and the team did very successfully and he averaged 2 TD's a game.

The OLers having 0 defensive value is a pretty big flaw in the game. It suggests that they would be completely useless as DLers, which is silly. It doesn't translate exactly, but there's a good degree of overlap and having them all rated F by default is stupid.
