Team PB member Michelle has always used exercise as a way of relieving stress. When she fell ill with COVID she found that it affected her more than she expected, and had a hard time getting back into a routine that served her needs and didn't leave her flattened. With the help of our PTs, our expert nutritionist Jenna Hope and our psychologist Dr Jessamy Hibberd, she's found a way to begin to find her new personal best. Watch as she explains what's worked for her.
