whyd he say vex before deafening?

So everyone knows hes playing vex and that he wont pivot off of it, everyone can see that he deafened so if they wanted to say theyd contest his build they couldnt. And if they tried to go vex regardless theyd knowingly go into a contested build when they could just pivot off as soon as dishsoap said vex. That would grief both of them since theres no way to beat uncontested high rollers when your build is knowingly contested. So theyd practically grief both of their LP.
