Do you know if the 1st ed stamp smudging is present in holos as well? And other languages?

I can't speak to numbers, percentages or which are smudged more often other than the few examples that have popped up multiple times. I haven't seen anything as bad as those dark zards. No idea on other languages but would assume those wouldn't have the same issues since they would be printed in different runs and/or at different locations.
