Dude that scene with the cubone works with this remix so well, you can feel the evil emanating from the hideout.

This Cover captures the "dark", "rough", and "unpleasant" vibe of Team Rocket nicely. And it sure sounds like something Giovanni himself would jam to on his music player

This piece of music is criminally underrated

Banjo gave this a more haunting tone than simply the presence of the strings themselves. LIKE. Yeah the strings made it creepy but Banjo took it to a HIGHER level. Whew. Loooove this cover!!

This went extremely hard, that violin and the banjo were my favorite parts of this remix

Why does this have so many low views?? This is a beautiful quartet of one of my favourite songs from Pokémon R/B/Y
@maximilianwolf40296 жыл бұрын
only 64 views? why is not listed? it's plain awesomeness. i get goosebumps when I think of the fact that someone has composed this track for a f*cking video game for little children!
@-1subswithoutuploadingavid6216 жыл бұрын
Maximilian Wolf I wouldn't exactly say this game is for "little children", of course children are the target demographic, but just calling it a game for "little children" really does a disservice to how complex the game is when you dig down, I doubt most children could understand some of the "secret" game mechanics, Pokémon is much deeper and complex than say Call of Duty or Battlefield.

That is pretty awesome, such an interesting composition and approach to the string quartet! An excellent execution as well.
@TheHitPoints6 жыл бұрын
Thanks, Judith! I found that this song became like a chamber music piece, once divided among these instruments. Thank you for listening, and for the kind words!

This is awesome! I really like this but I have never listened to Bluegrass anymore, any recommendations of further listening?
@TheHitPoints6 жыл бұрын
Hey, thank you! Absolutely, if you want to start with the origins of Bluegrass, look up some Bill Monroe as well as Flatt and Scruggs. That's where Bluegrass' roots lie. A more progressive version would be the Newgrass Revival, and subsequently Jerry Douglas, Sam Bush, Mark O'Connor, Béla Fleck. If you want to hear more contemporary stuff, check out Nickel Creek, Crooked Still, Punch Brothers, The Deadly Gentlemen, Della Mae, Sierra Hull, Sarah Jarosz, Aoife O'Donovan, etc. If you like our Hit Points project, you may be more inclined to like the more progressive Bluegrass music, but it all shares the same roots! Hope this helps some!
