@asdf123311 Units are assigned a pathing "priority." This is used to determine which unit gets right of way when two units are trying to move into the same area. Units that have a higher priority can block units with a lower priority. This is important for laming, because the ability to use your scout/horse to block villagers makes it easier to kill these villagers with a drush or boar. It used to be that pathing priority was based on the order in which units spawn. Units that spawned earlier had a higher priority. At the start of the game, the engine would spawn everyone's TC, then everyone's starting villagers, then everyone's scout. This resulted in the strange quirk that scouts couldn't block any *starting* villagers, but could block any *created* villagers. If I understand correctly, the game now uses player number to assign pathing priority. This is obviously much less fair, since in this showmatch it basically meant that aM (as players 1-3) could block Secret (players 4-6), but not vice versa. I'm not sure when this change happened, but I would expect it to be fixed in the next update.

@@mediocretes7102 I don't think it's generous to call him a top 100 player. He isn't a bad player. But, yeah, like Ulf said, his focus is on casting more than on the game itself. If you would have seen T90 play in his younger days (lol), you would see him also play like this. It happens. I used to think the same way about Memb. I thought he was a very rude caster. Give nili a few more months/years. He'll hopefully change for the better.
