Highly overpriced for the kind of specifications….no mivan….not even basic kitchen provided…rishita mulberry is by far the best project in ansal…better sense prevail to lucknowiites if they r ready to pay 8000 psf for this project

While you claim that the project is premium category, the builder pamphlets advertise it as Luxury housing. Furthermore,attempt to subcategorise as premium and super premium, at an additional cost, once the flat has been sold is again dubious.

This is unnecessarily overpriced w/o any valid reason. I m from Lucknow and have purchased Flats and vilas in Lucknow, Noida and Bangalore and based on my experience , its not worth the price ,builder and market is quoting.

@@TeamAmanChawla The problem is with the rental yield. Generally the max rent we can get from the 3bhk is 15-25k where the rental yield will be less than 2%
