30:43 this is samba. As a brazilian who started playing the sims at the sims 2 and never played the sims 1 I'm impressed about a whole OST inspired in brazilian music in a such famous game. And this samba here is too authentic it has perfect portuguese pronunciation so probably was done with the help of brazilian musicians
