I totally argree wiith you. Lucas tore the Breyton realtionship to shreads and then he attacks Brooke harshly, yeah maybe he doesn't have to forgive her staight away but, he was too harsh to Brooke, she made a mistake like lucas did with Nickki and Yeah maybe he didn't sleep with peyton while dating Brooke but, he still snuck around. Lucas is such asn asshole in this scene even dough i love Lucas and Brooke

After looking over the internet for hours and using countless sound recognition programs (in between the lines to not mess up the program) I have found out that it's a melody that's specifically created for this show. There is no title, there's no artist. It doesn't take place in any of the OTH soundtracks. Hope it saves time.
