Great series of interviews Conan. There are few of these so called celebrities who truly deserve to be referred to as 'icons', Jane Fonda is one such person. A true great. Been a staple in the Hollywood scene for years and we've known or we thought we knew everything about her but this set Conan were some of your best. Have enjoyed so many of these new short form podcasts but the 'Jane Fonda' series deserves to be listened to in the classic longer form. Really good. Bulls or 'buffalo' eye yet again ... keep 'em comin' Conan, keep 'em comin'.🙏

Jane has been my personal inspiration for many decades. She inspired me to work out with the Jane Fonda Workout when it was just a book, followed by a record and then a video. Her voice talked me through the "I can't" and "I don't want to" just to hear her say "Don't you feel good?" at the end of the workout. Her praise was worth it. She taught me how the mental and emotional parts connect with the physical. She is simply my hero.
@florete231011 ай бұрын
This is absolutely true - the mental setup is the all deciding factor in all kinds of activities. If your mind keeps telling you "can't do, won't do" without hinderance, than that's exactly what happens. It's somehow like you just can't get the control room to give you green light for activity xyz...

I think it’s safe to say we are all naturally depressed. How could we not be. We are living in a formulated reality acting out various parts of our psyche for our souls evolutionary expansion. Polarity is unnatural for our soul but necessary for growth and depression is a symptom of that catalyst for growth. Everything works itself out in the end. If it hasn’t yet it’s not the end. Of this incarnation anyway. Thank you for you. You are an awesome human and I love you Jane Fonda!!❤

@janosnagy4483 Жыл бұрын
Headphones help you to maintain a listener friendly sound output because with them you hear everything as the listeners do or they will be if you are not on live air (for example it helps you to keep your voice down and smooth or to hear any imperfections during recordings). I don't know why Jane doesn't wear them, maybe she is uncomfortable with those on or just finds it weird to have a conversation like that. And I'm sure Conan does not wear them out of respect, because he always wants his guests to feel as comfortable as it possible
