It could also just be an accidental shadow letter. People typically sneak m’s before b’s and n’s before d’s as a comfort to slipping into the consonant rather than go right into it. It’s improper and a tick that should be corrected as soon as possible but a lot of people do it

Although I never studied with the goal to sing in Opera, back in the day I did study voice. My voice teacher used to say to me what her Italian voice teacher used to say to her which was: "Pee-ence (Pince) da' pale-fish (pelvis) Michele!" Bottom line (no pun intended) it's your Kegel muscles that provide the impetus to support the breath.

I remember my ex when I noticed how she popped her bones from neck to foot and have the same reaction like Conan cause it sounds painful. She told me that her dad had a car accident when she was young. She learn basic physical therapy and all those bone popping to help her dad to recover from the injury. Like Conan, I asked her to do it to me as well. The best part is when she popped my backbone. It's way better than popping my other bone.
