To this day, “is that fucking Frieza” still gets me 😂 been a while since I watched these, so glad I came back to rewatch them. Two more to go, last one being the short Bobby Hill one I’ve never seen. Love TeamFourStar, can’t believe I went so long without watching their videos. I will always love the dedication to their videos. Hell, these Cell Vs alone show all the dedication considering the fact they had to get phrame perfect scenes that also match with their scripted dialogue, as well as near perfect to absolutely perfect voice acting. To explain. In romaji (English letters for Japanese characters) his name is Fu-ri-e-za. And in Japanese, when you have an "i" sound followed by an "e", you give it a long "i" sound. His name is Japanese pronunciation of the word "Freezer". But there is no hard "r" sound in Japanese. They decided to keep the phonetics of the name Freeza, as is sounded _cooler_ than freezer. But when adjusting for English, the dropped the "u" in "fu" and kept the rest the same for a bit, making Frieza. Problem, "Frie" is pronounced as "fry" and not "free". So some of the romaji was swapped around to "ei" as "Frei" does sound like "free". Later someone finally got a clue and spelled the word like the word was originally, before it was Japanese; only makes sense to spell an English word with the English spelling when being translated back to English from Japanese. So it was concluded with Freeza; partly due to how the name sounded was already hardened into stone. A similar thing happened with Krillin's name. If you watch in Dragon Ball, and a bit in Z, he sometimes wore a hat that says, "kullilan" or other iterations of how to spell Krillin in romaji (but most if not all will keep the "ku" in there).

Actually, the people who voiced the characters in this particular Cell VS are not the same people who voice the characters in Pokemon 'bridged. However, the people who do Pokemon 'bridged do have their own version of a Cell VS called "Ash Ketchum vs Cell." You might be able to see it to the side of this particular video. Both versions have Takahata101 as Cell so even if you are a fan of only TeamFourStar, I would recommend giving it a watch.
