From what I've learned sa Engineering Economics namin, Annually = 1 Semi-annually = 2 Quarterly = 4 Bi-monthly = 6 Monthly = 12 Hope this helps! 😊

HI! Ma ishare ko lang po. Sa regular na calculator may technique po na pwede ma gamit. Subukan nyo po. 1. 05 tas i click yung X sign twice tas pindutin equal sign ng 4 na beses. Lalabas po ahy. 1.27628. Pwede nyp po icheck sa scical. Kaya 4x lang pindutin ang equal sign kasi yung pag pindot ng X sign ahy automatic na na multiply sa sarili nya yung 1.05 kaya. 4x nlang pag pindot sa equal sign. Sana makatulong. Kung mag papatuloy ka parang maging CPA magagamit mo to. Ksa bawal na scical sa CPALE.

You should divide it to 1.22019004 to get 50,000 not 1.22 only. 1.01 raise to 20 is 1.22019004. shortcut lang 1.22 kase mahaba pag sinulat.

Helpful, but i dont think this technique is for UPCAT or entrance exams as stated sa title (or maybe better if tanggalin yun sa title). Calculators are not allowed for those. Sana meron din yung manual computation technique.

2 years and 4 months? yes po isasama pa rin siya gawin mong year yung 4 months just divide 4 to 12 kasi sa isang year there is 12 months sagot is 0.33 then add mo siya sa 2 years tapos 2.33 years na siya. Correct me if I'm wrong.
