That was cool. It's a pity you don't do CrossFit more. I love your lifting training but I do think you doing more CrossFit OR you doing lifting and Jas doing CF would be good too. I am really enjoying the build up to the lifting championship though and was cheering at the screen when you were lifting in the trials. Also love the Box youre training in.
