I like using the dark hex sealed fusion in the deck. It can substitute for any material and if your summoning a dark fusion, it lets you fuse other monsters on the field with it without using a fusion spell

Summoned Skull is a dead draw, so it's understandable not to include him. He's powerfull and all, but now you can go into rank 4 and Utopia the Lightning would be a better choice. Also Utopia is a warrior so he can be equipped from the graveyard to your Slash Dragon.

He's really good in a more budget friendly version of a Red-Eyes deck. Especially if you're gonna go all in on burning your opponent to death with Inferno Fire blast. Really good card in my opinion, however it's more meant for a different play style. This is much more swarm the field with links and fusions ASAP as opposed to the "BURN THEM ALL" style.

red eyes slash dragon needs the vanilla red eyes specifically. Catalyst field is too situational and bricky. Silver's cry isn't searchable by insight like return or spirit is.

Don't forget Red-Eyes Baby Dragon can summon the Red-Eyes Archfiend of Lightning onto the field from the deck as a normal monster. This leaves you with a few options, you can easy summon AF Black Skull Dragon, or immediately normal summon the AF of Lightning and use it's effect to pop all of your opponents monster because he will have 2800 attack.

I absolutely love the concepts behind your decks. The amount of detail you give is incredible. If I can give some constructive criticism, you tend to repeat yourself a lot, and in this case it made the video a little long. You said that the combo wasn't a golden combo but it was just one you could pull off at least 5 and I think closer to like 10 times. Don't worry, we'll understand you! But thank you for doing what you do at such a high level! You make the concept behind deck construction so much easier because of the depth your're able to analyze a deck's strengths and weaknesses. The effect for red-eyes return is not bring back red-eyes monster, it can only summon normal mons, the effect bring back red-eyes is when it got destroyed.

Change 2 "back to the front" to "Red-eyes spirit". Its a better card because Red-eye insight can search it... Ur special summon in either DEF or ATCK position, and u can SS any Red-eyes from GY

10:20 I'm afraid you can't do that. Gearfried destroys Lightpulsar, THEN pops a S/T. If you don't destroy an opponent's S/T, you can summon Lv5+ Dark Dragon, but if you destroy an S/T, you miss the timing on Lightpulsar because it's a When-Can effect. I know, I wanted Lightpulsar to be a lot better in this Deck too.

Dark Knight You don't mistime, it's a simultaneous effect. They changed the rules so simultaneous effects automatically go off in chain instead of having u mistime stuff.

Those changes are to North Americao nly and are not yet confirmed: It's Head Judge discretion per event. Also, that change does not affect this interaction at all, as mr. TIMESTAR MAGICIAN says. This is the classic example of missing timing, which has not changed. The Yang Zing are an example of other classic timing-missing cards. The unconfirmed change you're talking about is about cards still being in the location their trigger is met, which is unrelated to this. Also, Darklord Superbia's timing missing hasn't changed either.

Actually baby's effect wont go off if the monster it is equip to is sent to grave. Only if it sent to grave via slash effect, gearfried effect, mst. twin twister ect. NOT when the monster it is equip to is destroyed by battle, card effect, banished etc. Thats what I found out through testing.

it can yes. However I found retro to be a card you really dont want to open, its a normal summonable monster yes but you want it for its hand trap effect mainly. I recommend one copy of it since it is searchable off of black metal dragon, MAYBE 2 copies. but i dont recommend 3 retros.

2 cards I miss in this build are Protector of the Shrine and Dragon Shrine... I also tech 1 copy of Dragon Spirit of White, cause it can be revived with Return of the Red-Eyes and sent to grave with Dragon Shrine... my favorite opening play is Dragon Shrine for Spirit and Protector, then using Black Stone to summon any red-eyes and finally setting Return to summon Spirit back next turn...

Red-Eyes B.Dragon does not have to be directly under Firewall so you can make Proxy, you can SS it anywhere else and still make it.

I tried these out with Felgrand and it's incredible. Also tech a Lightpulsar for the Falling Meteor dragon guy. This deck has potential if people actually thought out their plays instead of just overextending as much as they can until they run out of resources. Why go all out when a simple set a monster and a couple back row is enough to psych out your opponent already?

What do you think more playable amazoness or roid now? I know roids now have amazing counter trap and some amazing loops with ambulanceroid. But amazoness just got two amazing search cards as well as a amazing trap aswell not to also mention they can be useful as a link deck. Do you want to know what red eyes deck works out way better than pure red eyes now? Red Eyes mixed up with PK. I can tell ya this variation is very constant and my currently favorite deck to run. For the slash dragon you can use any PK as well. It's insane to play I promise.
