damn it, is it just me or are the Law characters and lee chaolan just useless? other characters like Steve, Lars, Dragunov, Bruce. Have a lot more assault opcions and they are more effective.

I agree. But characters like Law and Lee have predictable moves that are always overpowered, which makes them viable in game.

Dude are you kidding , Law is one of the fastest if not the fastest characters in the game , if you know how to use him , he'll rip everything. He's got the fast punches of Steve Fox and the fast kicks of hwoarang. Lee, although he is a bit more defensive has very good pokes.
