This was the first big tournament I went to and I got to say it was so much fun (I was the Faust player). Anybody that hasn't gone to a game tournament and is thinking about giving it a try, just go and do it. It can be expensive but you meet so many cool people and it improves your game so much. I had such a blast.

I’m curious...I’m into dbfighterz as well as umvc3. I have always had a love for Guilty gear, but I’m just worried that because I haven’t played it at all, I would just get whooped on online. Is the gameplay amazing? Does it have depth within combos and such? And how is the online for the PS4?

I ended up dropping sfv for this, and after 8 months I haven't looked back. the game has a lot more to offer players looking for challenge in both execution and knowing your options in neutral; and it has a really unique cast. the online for ps4 is pretty prominent, and you can always join the discord to look for matches. I hope you end up picking it up!!

Cj Bryant thank you so much for replying! Yeah I just started watching gameplay about a week ago and it looks so amazing. I’m on PS4 as well, how is the online for you? I’ve heard from a friend that it’s pretty rough :/

Michael Taylor I play on pc almost exclusively now, but for the first few months I played on PS4. Theres 3f of input lag by default on PS4, which can make matches with delay above like 5 pretty rough, but other than that it's pretty easy to find matches. I highly recommend the anime fighters discord to get some games in!

Michael Taylor so input lag is a lot less prevalent on PC, and yeah if you wanna consistently get matches you pretty much have to use discord or Reddit. If you ever wanna get matches in or just talk about the game my discord is Bjork O' Bubba#9464

Whitefang seems super OP like he’s from a whole different game. Where’s Sol? He sucks ? What’s going on here I don’t know this game but most the characters seems abstract

STYLECHANGER the characters are pretty balanced overall. Leo is upper mid tier and Sol is lower mid tier. Leo has scary pressure but struggles against zoning. Not sure what you mean by abstract.
