This was an echo city to be! Billed as the first of its kind in Africa. It was to host police station/nursery/primary/secondary schools as well as petrol station, all in a gated community set-up. Seated on about 500ha of land. It was a dream that was quashed for reasons unknown to most of us. Maybe you can un-mask the story behind!
