I started my walk from 2011 regular 45 minutes in morning Alhamdullilah last Sunday I test my fasting sugar witch is 88 my weight is 73 age 49 I strongly suggest walk for everyone

this year I was diagnosed with diabetes it was 9.2 in April 2024 (I was very worried as I am also a wheelchair user and I am a polio patient as both my legs affected), and then one day go to the park for a walk on wheelchair. that day my sugar was normal, so I started going daily, now I push my wheelchair for almost 3km, as one round of the park is 1.6km, so I often do 2 or 3 rounds in my wheelchair, which helps me reduce my sugar from 9.2 to 5.4 now in December 2024. I also changed my diet to low carb and no sugar. I am happy with this routine. so you can also help your body even with just your upper body exercise. I avoided all foods that have a glycemic index above 55

I have been walking since 2014 off and on but it doesn’t always help in losing weight unless you walk for an hour with a low carb diet. Benefits that I noticed were losing about 10 kg but after a really long time. Second was appetite suppression and zero to no craving of food and especially sugar. Third benefit is it releases stress. I start feeling more positive. Years ago, my stamina was as low as of 15 minutes of walk and now I walk no less than 10 km. It takes me about two hours. I walk in my break for an hour then I come home and walk again on my treadmill at home. It’s more than 10,000 steps a day. I still haven’t lost any weight yet but Im not hopeless because this kind of walk I only started this month. I’m happy that I started this routine. So thanks for this video. It encouraged me more.

Doctor I always watch your video, very fruitful and authentic, doctor kindly do reply or make video of the topic, is it necessary to take multivitamins after the age of 40.Most of the people thought that especially women should take some multivitamins daily,if yes which type of vitamins we should take.
