I am also doing intermittent fasting since 4 years, it gave result in first year but after that I started to pile up weight and now i have a flat belly. I am meat eater and i dont eat vegs at all.

Meat and eggs are what you basically require, veggies are good in small amounts, raw, as salad, for vitamins otherwise protein is what you basically need and that is what gives a flat belly. Body can make whatever carbs or sugar it needs through gluconeogenesis but protein is what you must take, body can't make it but requires it on daily basis.

@nusratazhar5058 In Carnivore diet, you have to eat animal protein ( beef, chicken, mutton, fish, eggs) and fat ( beef tallow, butter, ghee ) No any other things ( no carbs and sugar) , no any vegan. But please before you start take advice from any carnivore diet specialist.
