Tear Down K1! Heater/Nozzle Module Remove and Reinstall on Creality K1

I destroyed the silicone sock on my K1 heater block, and so replacing the entire heater module, since Creality was kind enough to send me replacement parts two months ago, solely because my printer threw an error code and finished the print successfully.
Creality K1 is a Klipper based CoreXY 3D Printer capable of very high speed accurate high quality 3D printing enabled by technologies such as input shaping and other leading edge technologies.

This video answered exactly what I needed--the two long thin black screws on the hottend side, if they just "come out" and they do--thanks. I just replaced this on one of my K1 Max machines

I have a problem, which is that the copper piece is stuck inside and I cannot get it out

This was quite a while ago so I don't remember exactly how I got it apart, but I think maybe I used my vise and something like a correct sized socket to press it out similar as to the action of a ball joint press. Not sure if I show it in the playlist, but if you search for balljoint press you can see how that works and mimick that with a vise or maybe some visegrips. Well my hotend is completely clogged and it seems like the heatbreak is lodged in tight... I can't get it removed

@@3dcre8r28this is the last message from support. " Hi dear friend, There are two situations that may occur in ey2526. One is when the motor loses steps, and the other is when the last mesh point is returned to zero or leveled and returned to the middle point. Is there a false trigger? Regarding the first situation, assuming that the hot bed has risen, please turn off the machine, open the bottom plate, and then manually pull the Z-axis belt to see if the hot bed can be pulled to the bottom? If there is no problem when moving the hot bed manually, then there is no problem with the Z-axis structure. It may be caused by a problem with the motherboard driver. For the second case, it may be a problem with the strain gauge. Best regards, Sherri"

@@3dcre8r28K1 max. 4 days old. Printer was working fine then, after an auto bed level that it would do automatically before every print, it decided to dig a hole right through the build plate into the metal beneath. This destroyed the nozzle and hot end. It threw multiple error codes. I replaced both nozzle and hot end and now it is throwing a 111 code which, from research, is failure of either print head board or main board. I have spent more time repairing this overpriced boat anchor than printing. So it is getting returned. Creality support are so slow to respond and don't give a resolution. I offered to buy a second printer and return this one for a refund but they avoid my offer and give me responses that are vague and don't offer any resolution.

@@NaughtyGoatFarm Very strange. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and try to help. First I didn't understand your other response. But regarding this one, I have both K1 and K1 Max. Haven't used my Max much yet, zero problems with it. Have used my K1 a ton and Creality has always been very responsive and sent me parts very quickly whenever a problem. 3D printing is tricky, which is why I asked if this was your first printer, you have to expect imperfections. How do you mean exactly, like maybe I should also be flexing my glutes the whole time or do it wearing a weighted football helmet like in fast times at ridgemont high? I'm not sure what you mean...
