teardown of a Huina 1568 articulated dump truck

this is a long-form teardown of a Huina 1568, their articulated dump truck. there is plenty of room inside for servos or additional drivers once the original dumping mechanism has been removed. it's not a bad design overall, but the lack of suspension and RWD never gave it a chance off road. everything can be disassembled with a phillips screwdriver and most of the screws are the same size. the electronics are all up front on a single board, with plugged cables running to two motors in the back half.
