For anyone wondering nitroglycerin is actually used for pectoral angina (which is just chest pain) nitroglycerin is a vasodilator and opens up blood vessels to help blood flow in the heart you can drop someone’s blood pressure with nitroglycerin but in emergency it’s mainly given for chest pain nitroglycerin is not an explosive that I know of?

Honestly I prefer these types of missions (And also the helicopter ones) since it doesn't force you into a set and limited timeframe, its more of you battling the AI or trying to out play them. Makes the game feel a whole lot more fun
