Then Rex + Rex = Gigantic, summon Donpa, Donpa + Gigantic = I:P, Rex bring back Donpa and you still have another Rex in GY for your opponent's turn

tear haters actually just have way too much ptsd from those 6 month mirror matches. tear is at a great spot right now and is peak ygo. ALL GAS, no breaks, no floodgates, ineractive, they can brick, they can be stopped. way too many bandwagon players in modern yugioh.

i really hated tearlaments back then and considered that they caused the game to be in a poor state. Now I love the deck cause it's fair, balanced and actually requires skill to play. I play labrynth irl but I have plenty of fun playing tears on db or playing against them, the deck is indeed peak ygo.

@@EcaillesDeLuneit really doesn’t require that much skill. All the lines now that better players are playing it have streamlined the deck again. It does the same thing every time. Tear is a fine and fair deck it was always the Ishizu cards that broke that deck. It didn’t even win that many events pre Ishizu monsters. The deck has so much variance you could plan around it before and now you can’t.

I think it’s time we have a little reality check “tear” players. Most of us who “hate,” were tear players ourselves during tier 0 format. The deck is at 1/5 of the power that it was before. It sucks. And I see everyone still trying to make it work. Keep going. I’m just excited to not let them play cuz shifter is still at 3, pot is still at 3, birth is still at 3, the lore explains why tears suck. At the end of the day, play what you want you fools but don’t be delusional.
