Guy who told you about the Book of Belial guaranteeing all Devil/Angel rooms here! The Chaos Card can kill literally anything, and can open all doors but one - you'll probably be able to guess which one when you progress further in the game after Isaac and Satan. The Chaos Card is thrown in the direction you're walking, not the direction you're facing, so make sure you walk towards whatever needs to die and throw it rather than just shoot at them.

The Chaos Card is a card you throw in a straight line ahead of you. Any enemy that lies in its path will be one shotted... not even Delirium, Hush, and Ultra Greed are safe from this effect. The problem is that against enemies that like to teleport or quickly move about the arena, you’re gonna have a tough time landing a hit with it, as it takes a little bit of time to travel to it’s destination in bigger rooms. Pick and choose your battles wisely when using it.

*Item Of The Day: Book Of Belial* This book give you nice temporary damage only within the room you are currently using the book. + 2 Damage. While holding the "Book Of Belial", it will increase the chance of Devil Room/Angel Room by 12.5%, which does increase the odds quite a bit, especially if you kill some "Greed/Keeper" corpses or Beggars. They stack nicely... Recharge time is only 3, which if you lack power, use it on rooms you have difficulty with. Let's say there is a room full of dark maggots... They take forever to kill, so that would be a good moment to use it. Of course leave it fully charged once entering the boss room. ;) Additional note: Apparently, "Blood of the Martyr" item has additional increase of 1.5% multiplier on top actual boost from "Book Of Belial". I guess you learn something new every day. One more hint: "Book Of Belial" doesn't stack, and so does the "XV-Devil Card, because it does the same thing as the book. ;) This item is part of "Bookworm Transformation", touch 3 different kinds and you will get the pseudo-double shot. Judas has 1/3 of this transformation from the start.
