I am now 63 years old, but I can remember in school all girls were in love with "Little Joe" - except me, I was sooo in love with "Adam" and couldn´t care less, that they all laughed at me and couldn´t understand why. From watching Pernell's and Dan Blocker's tributaries today I learned they were born the same year as my father. I had no idea they were that old lol. I love this tribute. Vera was his 1st wife. She was NOT rich when they married but later became a professor at Hunter College. She was 9 years older than Pernell. He did NOT live off his next 2 wives (one of whom he was married to for +20 years). His LAST wife was a Psychologist. Both his ex-wives came to a memorial for him & had good things to say. I HAVE NEVER heard him referred to as a womanizing gigolo EVER! This tribute was for him not anyone else. Why did you come here if you despised Pernell so much?

Just as you are about to do. Fact is, there are no invisible people that live in the sky, and life's problems don't go away by lighting candles or chanting. I am a big fan of Eric Clapton, so yes, I'm very aware the song was written for Mr. Clapton's son, who tragically fell out of a window to his death, however, the song's lyrics would fit for any person who is feeling the loss of a child, sibling, loved one, or parent., "You're My Best Friend" was written by the great John Deacon, Queen's bass player, who wrote this beautiful song for his wife Veronica, but it is played at many weddings for couple's first dance, why? Because the lyrics fit and are relevant to their relationship and situation.
