Asalamualaikum, So happy to hear you on the topic that I have been going through for a very long time. First, I would like to tell you little bit about myself. I was born in Lahore and am a single child of my parents. My father (died when I was just five years old) was electric engineer and worked for WAPDA. My mother (also died in 2012) raised me with the help of her mother and her brother. I am very happily married and Alhamdulilah Allah has granted us with two handsome boys. We live in San Francisco, California, USA. Lately, I don’t know what’s wrong with me that makes me cry, often times when I am have a very normal conversation with someone n suddenly my crying episode starts. It’s very embarrassing to me. Even, now my own kids notice that too n try to change my mind to divert my attention elsewhere. What’s going on n why I can’t control my tears/emotions?

Assalamu alikum Sir I am 26 year old i was vitamin d deficient due to this i have joints aches now joints aches 80%gone i used vitamin d and calcium 2 years now i am feeling my all left side muscle aches and spasms I want to ask you long term use of calcium can cause these types of spasm some people think it is because blood pumping flow is high in left sided that is why calcium effects your lefte side.
