They didn't "revived" Zelda. With Sonia's power, the object returned to the original state. Sonia never appears as a ghost until the end, she manifests only when you kill the Demon King after breaking the corrupted Secret Stone. Which means Zelda would have been a dragon for eternity if Link fails. It's a decision made with faith and sacrifice, which makes this version Zelda one of the best ever in the entire franchise.

No consequence for her action? Bro she suffered enough. Having to lose herself and waiting for thousands of years to heal the Master Sword for Link since there was no other way. It was bad enough she had to go through with holding Ganon for 100 years in BOTW. SHE DESERVED TO COME BACK! XD

Post credits scene she claims she doesn't remember any of that. Technically she was in a super deep sleep and the light dragon wasn't fully Zelda

@@WowShane oh yeah you're right. I didn't catch that. My bad... Ugh but even so she saw a lot of people die in both games. I feel like she did try her best to fix it all. Though I wish there was a little more emotion between Link in Zelda. Its difficult for Link because at this point, he needs to talk now. However, even the thought of hearing him talk just weirds me out. If only they made him talk in earlier titles when it was possible just like Sonic. It would've been less weird.
