Totally does! Ironically, the title was a strange localizationism since the original title is "Triforce of the Gods", which considering the war for the Golden Land and the role the Triforce plays in that game, makes much more sense. "A Link to the Past" seems to come from how the localizers felt it was a medieval setting or something, and Link is the main character, sooo, funny pun? Not sure. Haha
