An easier way to play the 3rd chord of the chorus is to tune to drop D, and barre your first finger across the EAD strings on the 4th fret.

your hands aren’t too small! it’s gonna be uncomfy at first, just keep trying to incorporate your pinky and you’ll get it! the pinky is hard to get used to using since it’s ignored in normal life hahaha

how do you mute the strings? Like when you muted the E on top, the D, and then the E on the bottom on the first chord of the song?

with the fingers that are pressing down frets, lightly touch the strings. so for instance on that first chord, when i’m pressing down with my pointer on the A string, the tip of my finger is also lightly resting on the E, and the bridge of my finger is laying overtop the D. not too hard, just barely touching enough for it not to play the sound, just rest your fingers there! good luck!
